Lasagne with turkey mince meat and mushrooms

Ingredients:

olive oil
large onion, chopped
500 gr turkey mince meat  (or chicken)
100 gr bacon
250gr mushrooms, chopped
1 glass of dry white wine
400gr tomatoes (canned, chopped)
handful of fresh basil leaves
lasagna noodles
3 spoons of Parmesan cheese

bechamel sauce:
600 ml milk
50gr butter
50 gr flower
salt and pepper

Preparation:
Preheat the oven at 190°.
Heat the oil in a large pan, then add the chopped onion.  When ready, add the mince meat and bacon. Stir well, 6-8 minutes. Then add the mushrooms. Bake for another few minutes before adding the white wine. When the sauce is cooking, add the tomatoes and let it simmer for 20 minutes. Add the basil.

Boil the lasagna noodles (unless you made your own fresh noodles) : look at the instructions on the box.

Fill the baking dish in layers of the sauce - bechamel - lasagna noodles. Repeat twice so you have 3 layers of each in total. End with a layer of bechamel. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top and bake for 35-40 minutes, or untill it is golden brown in the oven.
